Our mosaic products are entirely handcrafted by skilled artisans using crushed natural stones, and silver pieces are manually placed on top. Therefore, each product is unique and minor imperfections may occur. When exchanges are requested for these minor imperfections, we adhere to our principle of 100% customer satisfaction and provide replacements. However, unfortunately, we recycle these products. Even though we recycle the material, the labor of our artisans is lost. For the sake of sustainability, we kindly ask our customers to remember that the work of our artisans is very valuable.
