Cancellation and Refund Terms

The conditions for returns are as follows:

The product you purchase must be undamaged, its packaging intact, complete with all accessories, unused, and in a condition that does not impair its resale value.

To return your product, please send it to the return address provided by Heartish, complete with the original invoice and the return form located on the back of the invoice, in an unused condition and with undamaged packaging.

If the invoice for the product you wish to return is issued in the name of an organization, it must be sent along with a return invoice issued by that organization. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.

Returns of products with damaged original packaging, shipping labels attached to the box, or taped with shipping tape will not be accepted. Products received in this condition will be returned to the sender at their expense.

If applicable, all standard accessories for the product must be shipped undamaged and complete in their original packaging.

Clothing items that have been used or altered cannot be returned.

The protective film on the screen of portable and display electronic devices such as phones, cameras, and game consoles must not be removed. The screen and other parts of the device must be free from scratches, damage, impacts, and liquid contact.

All types of cosmetic and personal care products, books, copyable software and programs, all technological products, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, as well as computers, stationery and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) can only be returned if they are unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused.

Due to hygienic reasons, returns/exchanges are not accepted for items such as underwear, socks, and swimwear.
How long after the return process will the refund be credited to my account?
Refunds for returned products will be credited to your bank account within 5 days of receiving the returned product and verifying its compliance with the return conditions. Depending on your bank, the refund will appear as a "positive balance" on your credit card within 10 days. This process is entirely dependent on your bank, and storebishop.com has no control over your bank.
