She has so much to say. So much so that, at a young age, she furthered her academic knowledge with studies at the Käthe-Kollwitz-Gymnasium and then the Fashion Design Institut, and in her second year of university, she took the first steps towards establishing her own brand thanks to a design that made it into Vogue magazine. Pelin Açık, who works and creates tirelessly with the satisfaction of expressing her thoughts through fashion, focuses on women and the literary arts where inspiration flows breathlessly in her collections. Preferring fabrics made from natural fibers such as silk, wool, and cotton in her productions to leave a livable environment for future generations, Pelin is aware of how powerful a transformation can occur when ideas meet a purpose.
